Our Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE MISTAKE IS OURS.

When you place the order, we place the order with our supplier, and it's shortly on a truck headed to us.  On rare occasion, we can cancel an order before it has shipped.  In most cases, it ships immediately. It is contingient on the following: 

• You will receive a full refund if supply drops and we are unable to recieve your crawfish. 

• You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it is at least 24 hours before your pickup date/time. Any closer to your pickup time and we may not be able to provide a refund.
